Born and raised in Suffolk, he continues to serve the community he proudly calls home. He is licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, and Michigan, bringing extensive market knowledge and a client-focused approach to every transaction.

Scott understands that buying or refinancing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a client will make and is committed to providing clear communication, strategic guidance, and a seamless lending experience from start to finish. Scott joined OVM to embrace a new opportunity and is focused on driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to the team’s continued success.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travel, sports, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Jan, are celebrating 25 years of marriage this October and are proud parents to their daughter, Olivia. The family also includes their Olde English Bulldog, Georgie — who answers to around 20 different nicknames. A dedicated sports fan, Scott cheers for the Washington Commanders and the Boston Celtics.
